About You

You are a senior professional, with many years’ experience as part of an internal accounting and finance department. No job is too big or too small for someone of your calibre. In addition to your accounting experience, your levels of organisation and follow-up are second to none.

You enjoy working with others, and are used to people relying on you. Not only do you work well with the team, you are also comfortable with the customer-facing aspects of this role, whether it’s directly with clients, or in support of our vast array of professional linguists.

Key activities:

  • Dealing with customer and supplier invoices, purchase orders and general finance administration
  • Credit control and the development of payment plans
  • Data entry and preparation of relevant finance reports for management
  • Various reconciliations
  • Supporting the Head of Finance and other members of the team as needed

This position is ideally suited for someone experienced, who wants to work about 20 hours per week in our office in Leamington Spa with some flexibility to work from home.
