Overseeing the department, Dan leads the way in developing and introducing new tools and technology, including our new translation management tool, Dovetail. From our 24/7 reporting tool and the latest translation memory software to our online review tools, he is constantly searching for new ways to improve our services. Not leaving the expertise in other languages to his colleagues, Dan also specialises in another language…PHP code!
